More than 3800 people were killed in Turkey and Syria by 7.8 magnitude earthquake
More than 60 aftershocks recorded including a major one at 7.5 magnitude
It is winter time in the region which worsen the rescue effort.
Both Turkiye & Syrian government had issued an international assistance request.
